Colour: Pale yellow with golden highlights.
Bouquet: Distinctly aromatic, with hints of peach and apricot.
Flavour: dry yet smooth; fresh and aromatic with well-balanced musky overtones; often zestful and harmonious.
Alcohol content: 10.5 % vol.
Total acidity: 6 -7 %o.
Recommended vintages: always the latest to have been bottled.
Gastronomy
Qualification: dry white wine.
Best enjoyed with: stews, soups and egg dishes.
Serving temperature: 10°C.
Serving method: uncork the bottle immediately prior to serving.
Misc. notes: also available in a sweet variety.
