Ageing
At the winery: several months, usually in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
After purchase: 1 year.


Organoleptic test
Colour: straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Bouquet: fresh and fruity with a distinct hint of citrus, pineapple, grapefruit and white flowers.
Flavour: dry, crisp and cheerful with a slightly bitter aftertaste; delicate, gentle and playful character and structure.
Alcohol content: 11 % vol.
Total acidity: 6-7 %o.
Recommended vintages: always the latest to have been bottled.


Gastronomy
Qualification: dry white wine.
Best enjoyed with: local cuisine, excellent with hors d'oeuvres, pasta and risotto.
Serving temperature: 10°C.
Serving method: uncork the bottle immediately prior to serving
