Ageing process
At the winery: from some months up to 1 year or more in heat-controlled steel containers, plus some additional months in the bottle. After purchase: 1-2 years (certain vintages can be resistant even longer).

Organoleptic test
Colour: bright ruby red
Bouquet: scent of red fruit, in particular sour black cherry, blueberry, blackberry and strawberry
Flavour: full-bodied and soft, as soon as you taste it, it is pleasant and fresh
Alcohol content: 10% vol.
Total acidity: 5-7 %

Qualification: extra-dry “spumante” wine
Best enjoyed with: risottos, soups, stews, roasted red and white meat and pork-based sauces.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
Serving method: uncork the bottle when it comes to drinking
