Ageing process
At the winery: from some months up to 1 year or more in heat-controlled steel containers, plus some additional months in the bottle. After purchase: 1-2 years (certain vintages can be resistant even longer).

Organoleptic test
Colour: clear pale green.
Bouquet: fruit-flavoured, apple, pear, with a distinct note of citrus turning into floral scent.
Flavour: soft and dry thanks to a cheerfully sparkling acidity.
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Total acidity: 6-7 %

Qualification: extra-dry “spumante” wine
Best enjoyed with: pulses and sea-food soups, pasta seasoned with light meat-based sauces, fresh cheese and white meats, especially poultry.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
Serving method: uncork the bottle when it comes to drinking
